The role requires a high degree of numeracy, strong Excel modelling skills and the willingness and ability to understand (often complicated) investment strategies. Over time, the Investment Associate will be expected to develop one or more specialist areas of expertise, manage relationships with managers in those areas and be able to identify and sponsor new investments in those areas through the investment process.
Other (10%): In addition to the above, the Investment Associate will be expected to contribute to other areas of the business which might include: participating in business development, research on specific investment topics, or assisting with office operations.
