Role Description

As a fast-growing company of over three hundred people, we are looking for someone to prepare client execution instructions and trade orders, to support the wider Client Operations team.

The Client Operations team are currently going through a period of transition to ensure our processes are scalable and efficient to support future growth. While the responsibilities listed below will be fundamental and core to the role, there may be occasions where other Operational teams require assistance through this period of transition and restructure.

The candidate will be an integral member of the global Client Operations team in an entry-level junior role, with broad scope for progression into multiple specialist functions within the Client Operations team.

Position Attributes and Responsibilities

  • Monitor client execution activity and proactively prepare client trade instructions for execution via custodians, nominees and brokers for instruments including exchange traded funds, UCITS funds, bonds, stocks, FX, futures and hedge funds.
  • Prepare and pre-complete all hedge fund execution documentation on behalf of clients for any directy held investments.
  • Prepare and pre-complete all commitment documentation on behalf of clients for any Private Equity commitments.
  • Coordinate internal and external capital calls, preparing instructions to enable payments from client custody accounts.
  • Prepare and complete all documentation relating to the transfer of assets between investors/entities.
  • Adhere to Partners Capital execution policy and procedures.
  • Work alongside the Client Operations and Reporting Teams to assist with their day-to-day priorities. This may include taking on additional responsibilities to support these teams with their daily tasks.
  • Develop a strong relationship with internal teams to better understand key processes across the company.
  • Be responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team
  • Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls, and any related issues are raised via the appropriate channels
