Martine Vice Holter is a Senior Advisor to Höegh Capital Partners (HCP), a family investment office co-located in London and Oslo which oversees all the investment interests of the Höegh family, including cross asset class financial investments as well as public and private direct investments. She was previously Chief Executive Officer of HCP, a leadership role she held for 17 years until stepping down in 2023. She continues to serve as a non-executive director of a number of Höegh-controlled investments.

Prior to HCP, she was Chief Operating Officer of Arts Alliance Advisors, a venture capital fund, as well as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company based in London. Martine started her career in investment banking with Goldman Sachs in New York followed by Hong Kong.

Martine received her MBA from INSEAD and a joint BA Honours in Economics and Political Science from Queen’s University (Canada). She is a dual Canadian and British citizen.
