Partners Capital appoints David Puth as Vice Chairman North America

LONDON, Wednesday 18 June 2024 – We are pleased to announce the appointment of David Puth as Vice Chairman North America.

Based in Boston and New York, David will work with the Senior Management team to support the strategic direction of the firm and advise on other key initiatives.

David’s career spans more than three decades of leadership in financial markets, payments and technology.  From 2008 to 2011, David was the Head of Global Markets at State Street Bank in Boston and a member of the bank’s Operating Committee. Prior to State Street, he spent 19 years at JPMorgan, where he served on the Executive Committee and led the Global Currency, Commodity and Emerging Markets businesses. More recently, David served as CEO of CLS Group, an FSOC Designated Systemically Important Financial Market Utility supporting the global foreign exchange market and before that he was the CEO of Centre, a company that developed fiat-backed digital currencies. He has held leadership positions with industry bodies at the Federal Reserve, the Bank of England and the BIS and has worked extensively with policy makers on risk management, regulatory and policy issues.
