Partners Capital COO Clint Liebenberg named Chief Transformation Officer
Global OCIO creates new role to lead key aspects of the firm’s global strategy.
Partners Capital, the global outsourced investment office, has announced the creation of a Transformation Office with Clint Liebenberg as its first Chief Transformation Officer. Clint is based in the firm’s North American Headquarters in Boston, MA. He has been a Partner and the US Chief Operations Officer of Partners Capital’s North American business since 2012 and will remain in the US COO role.
Arjun Raghavan, Partners Capital Chief Executive Officer, reflected on how the Transformation Office and Clint’s role are critical elements in the firm’s strategic plan: “Delivering exceptional investment performance to our clients in an increasingly complex world requires continuous innovation across the board. Ensuring we have best-in-class operational processes and transformational technology solutions will be critical to our continued success. Clint has architected many of our firm’s important operational processes since joining Partners Capital and is a natural leader ideally suited to spearhead the Transformation Office”.
Clint described the Transformation Office’s reach: “It will take direct responsibility for the most important global projects that are strategic in nature across multiple business functions. We will work closely with the business units to put in place effective solutions to allow the firm to deliver on its promises to clients, which center on investment performance, data integrity and controls, and operational efficiency.”
