Gayle Muers

Gayle Muers is Head of Sustainable Investing at Partners Capital. She joined the firm in 2026 and is based in London. Gayle is responsible for leading the firm’s sustainable investing strategy globally, working closely with investment teams to identify opportunities, embed sustainability considerations across portfolios and to support clients achieve investment objectives.
Prior to joining Partners Capital, Gayle was Global Head of ESG Solutions within HSBC Investment Banking’s Capital Markets business. She previously held senior roles at HSBC Asset Management and, earlier in her career, worked at Aviva Investors, MSCI, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), Pensions Investment Research Consultants (PIRC), and the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative.
Gayle holds a BSc in Psychology from University College London and an MA in Leadership in Sustainable Development from Middlesex University
