Paul Dimitruk co-founded Partners Capital with Stan Miranda in 2001, acting as its Chairman from 2001 to 2020. Paul is now the Senior Partner of the firm and is a member of the Board of Directors. Paul was previously Chairman and CEO of Hawker Capital, a global commodities fund; Chairman and CEO of Pareto Partners, an institutional investment manager; Group Managing Director of General Atlantic Group, the holding company for the General Atlantic interests; a member of the Management Committee of INVESTCORP, the international private equity firm; and Managing Partner of the European practice of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, the global law firm. Paul holds a Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law. He is a Life Trustee of Denison University and member of its Investment Committee and a Trustee of the United States Naval War College Foundation. Paul is a member of the Business Executives for National Security (BENS), a coalition of senior business and industry executives who look to support US national security, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington DC.  He is on the Board of Hakluyt & Company, the London-based global strategic advisory firm, and a member of the Board of the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) in Washington DC.
