Zach Gaucher

Zach Gaucher joined Partners Capital in 2026, where he leads the firm’s venture capital investment research. Working closely with the firm’s network of managers and client investment teams, he helps clients identify compelling opportunities across the venture landscape as they build portfolios toward their long-term investment objectives.
Prior to joining, Zach spent the majority of his career at Cambridge Associates, where he rose to Managing Director within the firm’s Venture Capital Research Group. He also served as an investment generalist at Phillips Exeter Academy, focused on asset allocation strategy, manager selection, and market trend analysis across asset classes.
Zach holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a B.A. from Connecticut College.
