Zach Gaucher

Zach Gaucher joined Partners Capital in 2026. He is a Senior Principal and leads the firm’s venture capital investment research. Prior to joining Partners Capital, Zach was a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates, where he was a member of the U.S. Venture Capital Research team, specialising in venture capital and growth equity strategies. Previously, he was an investment generalist at Phillips Exeter Academy, focusing on asset allocation, manager selection, and cross-asset class research. He began his career at Cambridge Associates in the firm’s U.S. Venture Capital Research Group. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a B.A. from Connecticut College.
