Partners Capital Appoints Gayle Muers to Lead Sustainability Initiatives

LONDON AND BOSTON – February 10, 2026 – Partners Capital today announced the appointment of Gayle Muers as Head of Sustainable Investing.

Gayle brings over 15 years of experience across sustainable finance and capital markets, most recently serving as Global Head of ESG Solutions within HSBC Investment Banking division. In this role, she led a global advisory team supporting public and private companies to integrate sustainability into financing strategies, equity raises, and major transactions across sectors and markets.

Gayle will be responsible for leading the firm’s sustainable investing strategy globally, working closely with investment teams to identify attractive opportunities and to help clients achieve their sustainable investment objectives. Gayle will also partner with the firm’s network of asset managers on sustainability integration. 

Previously, Gayle held senior roles within HSBC Asset Management, where she established and led the firm’s global ESG engagement program and played a key role in integrating engagement insights into the investment decision-making process. Earlier in her career, she held sustainability and governance roles at organizations including Aviva Investors, MSCI and Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), Pensions Investment Research Consultants (PIRC), and the United Nations Environment Program Finance Initiative.
